Sun, heat and pool chemicals are hard on tile, coping and decking. We refresh the parts of your pool that take the most wear, so it looks great and stays protected.
We remove old, stained or loose tile at the waterline and install new tile in the color and style you choose. This band takes the most calcium build-up, staining and sun exposure, so fresh tile makes a big difference.
Replace a cracked or hot deck with travertine, pavers or porcelain, or resurface existing concrete. We make sure the deck slopes away from the pool and drains properly.
New coping caps the edge of your pool shell, keeps splash water out of the structure and ties the pool to the deck. Choose travertine, pavers, natural stone or porcelain.
Pool coping
Coping seals the top edge of your pool and directs water and overflow away from the shell and toward the deck drains. That helps prevent leaks, mold and early wear on the structure.
With intense sun and the occasional monsoon storm, solid coping is one of the best ways to avoid costly repairs later. We often replace coping and waterline tile together so the edge of the pool looks clean and matches.
We also install new pool decks in travertine, pavers and porcelain, plus lighting, water features and shade around the pool.

Our 3D landscape designs map out pavers, turf, plants, lighting, kitchens and fire features on your actual yard, so you can make changes before any materials are ordered. Day and night views are included, so you can see how your lighting will look after dark.

Tile and coping replacement usually takes one to two weeks, depending on size and materials. Deck work can add time.
For waterline tile and coping we lower the water level. A full drain is only needed for some interior work.
