Sod installation in Scottsdale

A thick, green lawn in a single day. We prep the soil, lay fresh-cut sod and set up the watering so it roots fast in the Arizona heat.

Landscape

Your local sod team for Valley yards

Sod is pre-grown grass that we roll out over prepared soil, so you get a finished lawn the same day instead of waiting months for seed to fill in. It is the fastest way to turn bare dirt or a tired lawn into a usable yard for kids, pets and guests.

Most of the work happens before the first roll goes down. We remove old turf and weeds, grade for drainage away from your home, add soil amendment and check your sprinkler coverage. Then we lay tight seams, roll the lawn and leave you with a simple watering schedule.

We install warm-season grasses that handle Arizona summers, such as Bermuda and its hybrid varieties, and can overseed with rye for a green winter lawn.

Why choose it

Perfect for front and backyards

Curb appeal

A clean, green front lawn makes the whole home look cared for, especially next to pavers and desert plantings.

Space to play

Real grass stays cool underfoot in shaded areas and gives kids and pets a soft place to run.

Low effort, high impact

After rooting, sod needs regular watering, mowing and a little fertilizer. The payoff is a lawn that looks great all season.

Light foot traffic is fine after about two weeks, once the roots have taken hold. We recommend waiting until after the first mow for heavy use.

Warm-season sod roots best from late spring through summer, when soil is warm. We will suggest timing that suits your yard.

Even watering is key in the first weeks. We check your existing system and can add or adjust zones through our irrigation service.
